Usually snakes in my dreams are a warning sign. That something is poisoning me
   or represents an enemy.

Sandy: I realize I have (possibly intentionally) avoided discussing God (and
Jesus) in this forum, primarily because this space is for discussing DREAMS.

However: it would be a sad loss if one failed to point out that God *often*
speaks to humanity through dreams. For instance, I had a dream on the morning
(before waking) of 9-11 in which the dreamer exited the window of a building
   which turned 90° (
rotated lengthwise) so that the dreamer could walk along the side of the
building as if walking along the ground. (That's just one contemporary
example. There are several examples in the Old Testament, along with the Book
   of the Revelation of Saint
John at the end of the New Testament.)

The reason I bring this up is because "snakes" often represent "liars" or
"deceit" (or even "death") which I like to state as simply "duality" (aka
"sin," the arrow "astray of" its target, as in "A apart from B.") (See also:

The question I have is whether or not the woman in the dream is a
representative figure of yourself, or someone totally objective *other* than
   yourself.

The encouraging phrase is the calmness you reported feeling.

   Consider Psalms 46:10— biblehub.com/psalms/46-10.htm — …Be still and
know that I am God. Jesus teaches this in biblehub.com/matthew/10-31.htm as
"Fear NOT...." (as duality NOT = UNITY, and #OnlyLoveCreatesUnity)
