From: dicksilk@gmail.com              OOPS! I should have started a new thread on 2022-02-10.              The dreamer is in a room with a feeling of something like a combination of a       hallway of a home and a small shop (possibly an in-home business?) wherein the       dreamer is with some females involving gathering a rack of clothes together,       like a rolling rack        used in stores \ shops used for sales or in wardrobe departments, such as       movie sets or theaters. However, this setting was that of a narrow area,       similar to the hallway of my father's house on Scottland Drive. In this       setting, the dreamer was on the        south side of the rack, facing north, and in passing, felt a satin-smooth       piece of fabric, that if it could be marketed, everyone would want to buy.        From a male's perspective, it felt as smooth as the finest woman's skin ever       touched. The fabric        appeared to be of a shirt or top of some sort, amidst all the other selections       densely hung together. The dreamer had a passing thought to go back and see       what type of material was on the label, but the thought went through [my] mind       that if the need or        occasion were ever necessary in the future, it could be looked up then.              There was a scene following in which the dreamer was traveling outdoors, along       Scottland Drive, and spotted a small house, as if on beams like the kind used       for transporting a house from point A to point B, sitting between the two       houses that exist north        of my father's house IRL. The dreamer thought it odd it had never been       observed before, and the house # was VERY clear during the dream, as in       perfectly readable, but in the waking state of recall, that number is a bit       misty, something like 1215, but I        had the impression that it reminded me of my mother's house "back on Hillside"       (in her elementary youth.)              At any rate, there was some form of socialization with people at a location       similar to an area around / between Windsor Drive and Whitehall Road. (For       MANY years, there was a field there where kids on bicycles would sometimes       cross through, rather than        take "the long way around" via Glasgow.) The time currently is after sundown       Sunday evening, and LOTS of what this dream was about has since evaporated,       however, there was some type of view of dozens of people, possibly as a kind       of "greeting committee"        or possibly a church congregation or high school reunion of some sort. Upon       waking, it occurred to me they *may* represent those who've passed on, OR       those who may be in attendance of a funeral / celebration of Life. One of the       possible reasons for        this impression was that ONE of the people who interacted with the dreamer was       Shannon W. (from my youth) who (in real life) followed in her father's trade       at Woodfin's Funeral Home.              There was *something* about a shoe/boot (the kind of shoe with tall ankles,       similar to a galosh) left outside a door, and some discussion between the       dreamer and someone leaving a house (as if the boot had some significance to       them, and the dreamer had        some personal knowledge as to why it was left there, or perhaps what happened       to the other one.)              All the rest seems to have evaporated. Sorry. Clarity 8 to 9 while it was       going on. I even had the inkling to go back and check out that small house       later, to see what it was about.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
