You know you're getting old when you have to take a pause in order to
correctly type out the date (using YYYY-MM-DD format.)

There were 3 basic scenes laid out last night / this morning (between around
   1:30 AM and 10 AM?)—

"The Mover" was about this one scene were a male human was moving at a
near-running speed *through waist-deep water!* The pool was an indoor,
in-ground type pool, perhaps smaller than one a high school would have,
*possibly* the size a physical therapy
institution might use— the dreamer did not seem to get a FULL perspective
view of the size of the pool. The guy was moving SO FAST as to be practically
faster than an Olympic speed swimmer!

The dreamer *swept in* as if for an after-event interview. (Sometimes I have
the impression that "the dreamer" may be in simple, Spirit / Astral form, and
thus able to move "at the speed of mind.") The question being asked was, "HOW
   did / do you move
   that fast?"

To which the speed-mover replied: "[I" or possibly "You] make sure one leg is
coming down {before or while} the other is coming up"— to which the dreamer
semi-repeated in a manner of understanding, "Think it before you do it" (or
   something similar to
that. I've had this little motto for *decades* of "Think it, See it, DO it!"
Jesus basically teaches that "reality conforms to thought," but using
different words, such as in biblehub.com/matthew/9-29.htm “According to your
faith let it be done to
you")— but the dream pretty much ended after the speed-mover's reply and the
   dreamer's musing. Clarity 9.

"The Shaker" opens with the dreamer and another, *possibly* a friend from my
younger days IRL (nickname: "Miguel") *as if* he and I were both at that age,
like 4th grade, around 9 or 10, and the action starts "on the ground" as if in
   a wide open mechanic'
s shop. Not the kind with a lift jack, but the wider-open type for working on
the occasional larger-sized truck (semi-cab, bus, etc.)

Some type of activity was going on around the floor area, and the dreamer and
friend were almost immediately up on a high wall, as if there were no roof
attachment or ceiling above the wall, in a sitting/viewing position of
whatever was going on down at
floor level. There seemed to be some kind of large tire (the kind with a
4'–6' diameter) ricocheting about (like a pinball) and *I think* there may
have been an adult (30–40 year-old?) moving about so as to keep busy and
   avoid the wheel. IF this
were a speed-fast-forward view of the mechanic's work-life, it would make
sense: a mechanic typically only deals with ONE wheel (or tire) at a time
(sure, there's the occasional perk where two wheels or tires may be pushed
along the ground at the same
time, but those times are far and few between by comparison) while the
position of a mechanic IN a shop such as this is anywhere *except* in the
exact same space as the tire(s.)

The dreamer was telling the friend about the time he ("I," IRL, in my past)
watched a burly mechanic BEAT a tire off a rim (it was a rental car I'd been
using at the time to deliver pizzas) as he didn't have a tire-changing machine
   in his shop, but
instead simply used a type of hard-rubber sledge hammer to do the job. One
literally has to SEE it to believe it! Dream ended, clarity 9 but possibly a
view as if watching a time-stream from the past.

"The Shy One" was *actually* a lengthy Gina-scene! The dreamer had been
talking to her (can't exactly recall about what) when she went away, as if
into another room (VERY similar to the NE corner bedroom of my parents' house
   on Scottland Drive) and when
the dreamer went to look for her, what was heard was the unmistakable (likely
cellophane) sound of chocolate candies being unwrapped. As the dreamer
looked, it appeared there was some type of bed / window curtain structure
which opened (much like a book
set upright rather than laid flat) which had a type of soft light within, and
Gina was there, as if hiding with her back to the dreamer, possibly nibbling
upon some secret stash of chocolates. The dreamer had some type of amused
   empathy for her, and she
turned to face the dreamer, as if nude, and the dreamer licked her chest
upwards from around the solar plexus / sternum when the dream ended. Clairty
   "!"
