    It's a beautiful warm sunny summer day at the park, and   
   there is a big local sporting event going on. The   
   Gatorade is flowing, a DJ is pumping out the   
   latest pop tunes, everyone is in summer clothes   
   having a good time as your local soccer team is   
   winning over the rivals from the next town over.   
      
    You do something innocuous, like turn around to   
   make your way to the hot dog cart, and suddenly   
   it's cold, the skies are filled with dark menacing   
   clouds, and everybody is gone and there is no   
   trace of the even that was taking place only a few   
   seconds before.   
      
    Something out of a horror movie might happen,   
   or maybe nothing at all except being surrounded   
   with lonliness and drear.
