Last Saturday I got to spend the *entire day* "playing" in the back yard and
the back field. Many guys would consider it "work" to clear away brush and
saw down a fairly tall tree (maybe 20+ yards in height, perhaps 1'+ diameter
   trunk) and re-stack an
existing stack of previously cut firewood (from the previously felled tree
from maybe 2 or 3 years ago) and add to it (from the lower section) plus
create a new stack (from the top section) of the tree felled Saturday.

But for me? Pure joy :-) The sun was shining, my chain saw that hadn't
worked for over 2 years came back from the shop running like it was brand new,
and the wind was a STRONG breeze out of the WSW that blew ALL day long,
   providing constant "air
conditioning" that kept my torso cool despite the flannel shirt and running
sweater that were being worn because of the typically chilly temperature
outside despite the core heat that was being built up from all the "play"
   outdoors. (I normally spend
all day and *most* of all the week at this laptop, practically vegetating
   while translating thought into words.)

As the day wore on, however, I did find myself taking a pause for a moment due
to temporary exhaustion, realizing that resting was the only way to recover
enough energy so as to contemplate whatever it was I needed to do next. I
   also downed THREE
bottles of purified water (from the store) that had been left out in the
garage for perhaps at least 3 years. It was amazing to again feel an actual
   *thirst* for water! :-)

Prior to going to bed that night, I did some finger and toe stretches along
with some leg stretches as a type of "warm down" along with 2 or 3 magnesium
tablets (250 mg) because I'd been noticing a tendency of nearly every muscle
   in my fingers, arms,
legs and sides wanting to cramp. Something about magnesium relaxes muscles,
along with a touch of baking soda in a cup of coffee to help neutralize and
remove any lactic acid buildup in the muscles.

The point being, I slept very well Saturday night into Sunday morning, but was
too tired from Saturday to do much of anything, including write up the dreams
in this journal, but I *did* manage to pen a few scribbles of the topic lines,
   so here's what I
   got:

   2022/03/27 Sunday:
Programmable person producer (man maker): Although this had a bit of a
"Genesis" theme to it, the dreamer was able to create as well as reject a
number of male figures. They had a sense of adult maturity to them, so
somewhere *past* the late teens /
early 20s. The perspective was from far enough away that a more accurate age
range was unavailable, but certainly nothing older than I had been feeling
that day, like mid-30s to mid-40s. Granted, I'm approaching 61 in July, but
   somehow I feel *younger*
than that most of the time, *except* for the side-effects of the brain damage,
which are why I sit at this laptop most of the day for most of the week. The
dreamer seemed to reject (eject? possibly for recycling?) at least 1, maybe 2
   of the males (who
appeared nearly identical, yet just slightly different.) (Hunch: What IF
Gina were my "dreamer perspective" as if she were Eve, and she was picking
which model of "me" she wanted, as if Eve "picked" which Adam she wanted?)
Clarity 7 to 7-, due to the
   distance of the perspective.

   Illuminated traffic lane signals:
I realize that in the waking world, "IRL," there are traffic light signals
that indicate when to stop, go, and use caution, when to turn (green arrow) as
well as when to stop and turn IF there is no traffic (red arrow, typically on
a right turn at a stop
light in the USA) but the sign in the dream was like "traffic signals for
dummies" as it was in an overhead position (high enough to let tall trucks
pass beneath, but barely) with a large, downward-then-left turn arrow similar
   to this character: "⌋ " (
except that the bottom foot was pointing southwest rather than due west.) The
light was (at a distance) maybe several feet tall, although at a distance, the
relative size was only an inch, with a relative width similar to that of
   perhaps a slender
female, with a light bluish tint to the illumination, possibly *just* on the
border of green. I *suspect* it MAY have been related to the gal who was
walking through the field (IRL) that day (Saturday) during a type of
   "intermission" period wherein the
chainsaw was pinched due to the ignorance of my approach to felling the tree.
(The genius with which I solved the problem led to a perfect felling in the
   long run.)

The dreamer was almost mindlessly following the directional change when the
dream ended. (Hunch: if you've ever read the book "One" by Richard Bach, the
lane signal could *very likely* be interpreted as a directional guide as if
   from a "higher
consciousness" in the plane of "intuition." For that reason, I'll give this
one a "new" clarity rating of "I" (for "Intuition.") Will I ever use it
again? Who knows? Otherwise, perhaps a clarity of 7+ would suffice.

Quick note regarding "real life" activity: earlier last week (Wednesday) I
had a *very* "busy bee" day: it started with breakfast (fried in bacon
grease) for myself as well as something for the barker (my dog) as well as
   brewing the coffee (adding a
touch of baking soda to deacidify and prevent any buildup of kidney stones
*and* clean the bladder) along with bathing, brushing teeth and a basic bowel
movement, then basic maintenance (dropping off the chainsaw for cleaning)
along with the stop at "
Beckman's" Rx and checking the flowers on Dad's headstone ("Bob's buds") at
the cemetery. SOMEWHERE along the way, I also picked up a bag of birdseed
(and 2 tomato plants) at Wal*Mart. There was also a banking stop and the
   "bicuspids" check-up (dental
cleaning)— all in all, a VERY busy day! (Which reminds me, I need to pick
   up some batteries....) :-)

These next few I only have the topic notes, apparently without any memory of
   the details:
Office (?) with BIG shelves / award content / old bathroom / missing persons /
   convoy carts.

From last night / this morning:
