From: dicksilk@gmail.com              The dreamer appeared to be in the middle of something akin to a drug war, but       more like one of extortion at first, rather than violence. Someone made       mention of an outstanding debt of $2000.oo (presumably in U.S. dollars, at or       around early-to-mid 2022        prices.) The dreamer (or someone very near the dreamer) felt that debt was       exorbitant and refused to pay it. There seemed a small expanse of time,       possibly moments to days, but the "main action" picks up at this point,       wherein someone is advising        someone (either the dreamer one someone close by) that the person (or gang) to       whom the money was owed was on the way, eventually at the front entrance, so       to speak.              The "front entrance" was seen from the perspective of "inside the business"       which was akin to at least a grocery store where the goods were on display in       rows, some on tables similar to the un-refrigerated aisles of yesteryear, back       when "fresh" was        literally "fresh," as no money was being spent on refrigerated cases.              The dreamer saw a guy of a decent build, not overly stocky, not overly fat,       not overly tall, but borderline in all 3 of those areas. In other words:        prime healthy ready to attack or defend as need be. Possibly the "muscle" /       "enforcer," but more like        the debt holder himself.              Someone at or nearby the dreamer seemed to be making a type of firing action,       as if shooting time-delayed pellets that would possibly blow up at some point       near where they landed, possibly harming the debt-holder but also possibly       harming the goods in        the area. There were perhaps 2 or 3 rounds fired, and one of them was seen as       a small, yellow, triad-looking thing, similar to the jacks that kids play       with, similar to the anti-tank fortifications made of steel, but *very* small,       maybe ½" at the most,        yet larger than ¼". The dreamer was a bit distracted that whatever these       rounds may have been, they'd not "gone off" thus, the debt-holder came nearer       to the debtor.              At this point, it is still unclear if the dreamer is the debtor, or perhaps a       proxy / spokesperson OF the debtor, who seemed to be an older female. The       dreamer, however, asked the enforcer-type (debt-holder) person how much was       owed, thinking it to be        around $2,000.oo, but the enforcer replied "25,000." Needless to say, this       amount was unacceptable to the dreamer, even if it was the older woman's debt.              The dreamer mentioned the problem to the woman, who remarked something to the       effect that [they may ask that much, but $2000 is all they're going to get]       leaving the dreamer concerned that, even though she felt certain as to what       they would do, still, he        felt the potential of their wrath.              And although this has a clarity of mainly symbology (as I have a *hunch* as to       what it may be about) it was at around the level of a 9- to 9.              The other dream was a *brief* clip of the toaster oven in the NE corner of the       kitchen (on the north-facing countertop) simply catching fire, as if there's       been a grease build-up within it (SORT of not possible, but I mean, IF one       went out of their way        to do something *inanely stupid*...)— but the dreamer had an immediate       response to smother the flames as I woke up, whereupon my mind was       contemplating other solutions, like grabbing the fire extinguisher along the       southern wall of the kitchen, as well        as possibly dousing the flames in baking soda (NOT baking powder, as that       would be like throwing gunpowder and gasoline on the fire!) and/or throwing a       towel over it. Either way, I'll be very careful to avoid anything that would       "build up" or "catch"        any grease in the toaster oven. Clarity 10-. Fire has a way of catching       one's attention, especially in a dream!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
