From: dicksilk@gmail.com              As there's been a *significant* amount of data in and data out this morning,       I'll see what I can still recall:              There was a dream involving what seemed like a group of guys (perhaps mixed       with some gals?) involving at least one car, maybe two or more, such as may be       typical of high school / college aged guys just "hangin' out" on a Friday       night or weekend. This        dream was somewhat unclear (-to-dim) at the time of the dream, like around       clarity 6, and along with evaporation, may as well have been left off the list       today, except that I wanted to "warm up" my recollection phase of last night's       / this morning's        dreams, most of which I'm fairly certain happened between just before dawn and       9 AM. Something about at least one car involved a key fob with remote       lock/unlock capability.              There was also a kind of work-place dream, as if in a product research &       development lab, wherein there was this round, ceramic-like object that took a       load of dust/trash as it hovered across the floor into a small opening /       hole-in-the-wall, maybe 1' x        1' max (like where a cartoon mouse hole would be) wherein a blast furnace       incinerated the trash which was in an open bin atop the ceramic disc. There       was some sense of bright orange-red heat about the cavity inside the opening.        The disc then traveled        out of the furnace (empty) and went to a type of trimming station, where it       spun around as if to trim off some excess on its sides, not unlike how a       person might clip a fingernail, except this was like the blade at the outside       of the radius of a weed        whacker / string trimmer: the disc spun, the stationary blade trimmed the       excess, making the disc relatively perfectly circular again, then the disc       glided across the floor, around a corner, to return to its "station."              If this sounds a LOT like a Roomba floor-vac robot, that's probably because       one was VERY likely running (IRL) during the time frame in which the dream       occurred. Clarity 8+/9-.              Then there was the job-dream, wherein the dreamer apparently had a type of job       oriented much like a customer or possibly a tech support agent, but also       possibly as some time of analyst / developer position. Regardless, there was       the sense (that I almost        *always* get) that the dreamer was [wasting my time] in that vocation.              *** Something I've noted *** regarding dream scenes: IF there's an area that       remains "static," yet another area that is "fluid," the fluid section often       appears "empty." For example, some time ago, there was a dream of being in a       facility much like a        Wal*Mart in size, with a wide open, empty space and 4 walls. It occurred to       me as I typed up the dream that the reason the central area seemed empty was       possibly because the inventory that sits within that static space (the       building itself is stationary)        is itself *exceptionally* fluid: inventory in, inventory out (as sales) so       everywhere there had been clothing (IRL) for instance, that area of the store       was virtually empty in the dream.              In this dream, since the data was processed in a "fluid" in/out basis, the       terminal / work station is static, but the screen / sense of work performed is       "blank" / empty as an element within the dream. As if one had been sitting in       front of an empty        terminal doing nothing.              This led to an ensuing discussion with a female supervisor-type who'd been       sitting at a desk a few feet behind the dreamer— she had a medium build with       medium-colored hair of a medium length. In fact, she appeared almost as a       conglomerate /        compilation of Gina, Beth, and Joyce. I recall one question asked of the       dreamer that was very clear: "Do you believe in God?"              The dreamer answered, "Yes— absolutely!" and that "God is Love."              The next scene was a bit like watching a time-elapsed video played back in two       or three frames: a female (who looked much like Joyce) became pregnant, and       her fully pregnant, bare skinned belly was practically in close-up, then the       next frame, all that        was gone. There was SOME muted / muddled discussion regarding "fear," as if       there might have been something the dreamer may have been afraid of, but I       strongly suspect that may be related to a televised sermon the other day       regarding "the fear AND Love        God" which seems a bit like taking the tails of the coin along with the heads.       Overall clarity, 9 to 9+.              (Note: once one gets accustomed to the "heads" side of the coin, the "tails"       is basically forgotten.)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
