   Traveling along a road:   
   The dreamer was "a bit above" a moving vehicle traveling along a road, along a   
   "right to left" direction.  IF you've ever read about or experienced an   
   incident wherein a person is driving along the road and has a spontaneous "out   
   of body experience,"    
   traveling along *with* the body yet not *in* the body, looking *down* at the   
   car / vehicle, the dreamer "felt" a bit like that, as if there was a   
   "resistance" of going in any direction, although the vehicle was clearly   
   traveling at around 30+ MPH (?) yet    
   the dreamer remained "above" the vehicle.  IF you've ever "stood up" in a car   
   with an open sunroof, it was a bit like that, only at *least* a person length   
   or more higher, maybe as many as 20' or more above.  The vehicle had something   
   of a Land Rover /    
   Jeep (rugged) sense about it.   
      
   The dreamer felt a sense of calm-dread:  there was a calmness in the traveling   
   of the vehicle, yet a type of worry/concern over the driving of the vehicle.    
   Sorta like, "I'd much rather be 'behind the wheel' than 'guiding from way up   
   here'."  End of    
   dream, clarity 8+ (it was NOT a well-lit scene, and the sides of the road,   
   which was perhaps wider than a single vehicle, seemed *heavily* lined on both   
   sides in woods.)   
      
   Encountering deer:   
   The dreamer seemed *as if* traveling in a vehicle, as in faster than walking   
   pace, yet with an open feel.  (I'm gonna go WAY out on a limb here and   
   *suggest* that the dreamer *could* have been in the perspective of a deer.)   
      
   There were 3 or 4 *dead* adult deer laying upon the ground in an area that was   
   somewhat open yet shaded, as if in a forest where the trees were well apart,   
   yet the overhead canopy must've been immense, as there were no sunbeams   
   visible poking through.    
   They were all facing in the same direction of travel of the dreamer, which was   
   a few degrees east of due north (0°) thus being at around 20° east of due   
   north.  The dreamer was saddened by seeing the "dead" deer (although they   
   *could* have been    
   sleeping?) and was hoping to find *at least one* survivor, and sure enough,   
   there was a young (or possibly female?) deer (a shade smaller than the adults)   
   headed in that same 20° direction.  (NO antlers were observed within the   
   dream.)   
      
   The dreamer sensed the futility of even attempting to chase a deer, regardless   
   of size, and the dream ended, clarity 9-, mostly due to the shady/shaded   
   appearance of the area.   
      
   In what must've been like "the dream before waking" (although I had arisen   
   from my bed to let out the dog, then she'd come back in, then I zonked out on   
   the living room couch for awhile) the dreamer was viewing a piece of outdoor   
   lawn.  Rather than    
   simply flat level with all the surrounding area, there was a section that was   
   as if raised in some manner to the dreamer's right, *sort of* like as if there   
   had been a sidewalk straight and level ahead, yet a raised section of the yard   
   to the right of    
   the sidewalk.   
      
   There was some *desire* or *intent* to mow the yard.  Dunno if you (the   
   reader) have ever encountered this or not, but there comes a time when a guy   
   just thinks, "This yard *really* needs mowed!"— and this was just such one   
   of those occasions.   
      
   For a moment, it seemed as if the dreamer were mowing a strip, then it seemed   
   as if my son, Charles (right about at age 12 or 13) had come to do the job,   
   only with a rider mower.  What followed was a bit unclear, to put it   
   succinctly, but the dream came    
   to an end with what appeared to be a yard only barely touched, rather than   
   mown level, even though the dreamer sensed the Charles character felt as if   
   the job had been completed properly.  Clarity 8-ish.
