   The original post goes back to April 2nd, 2003, so it's really "cool" to see   
   "fresh comments" on such matters.   
      
   So sure, while "IRL" (In Real Life) any electrical buzzing around an outlet is   
   a *significant* cause for concern, *other* buzzing (such as in real life yet   
   in a "spiritual" / "mind" setting, or in a *dream*) may be a "signal" of   
   imminent change.     
   Occasionally, people who report on miraculous healing report experiencing a   
   buzzing sound or sensation just before a *pop!* of sorts that precedes the   
   change (typically a miraculous healing incident.)
