2023-02-13 Monday: Dream Exorcism as "Cu
   13 Feb 23 07:49:50

   From: dicksilk@gmail.com

This dream had a few awkward moments at the start: namely, there was the
dreamer who was in the character of a worker (possibly as a servant?) of some
type. (There was no physical work performed by the dreamer within the dream,
   so the dreamer’s actual
job / position / function was never actually “defined,” so to speak.)

The dreamer was outside of a building, sort of like how someone might step
outside of a workshop for a break (the scene had an evening-lit ambience to
it.) And while the size of the shop was never fully revealed, it appeared to
have had a hefty crew of
around perhaps a dozen (±?) at least in this one, particular location, with
both males and females present. (Sorry, but they could’ve been just about
anybody. The only unifying theme to speak of is that they were all in the
   same location, and
theoretically working under the same employer or for the same company in some
   manner.)

As the dreamer was outside the building, someone *like* a foreman (or “boss
man”?) was easily overheard inside the building, talking in a
conspiratorial*-like manner with another member of the workforce, as if
   plotting to somehow *remove* (betray?)
   the dreamer, something *like*:

[When he comes in, surround him and get his key, then boot him out.] (Could
have been anything from "take him out" to "kill him," yet was somewhat
   unclear.)

That (above) description is in [paraphrase] because what the conspirator
(Judas-like) character *specifically* said was unclear. The dreamer simply
realized / understood that there was a plot being hatched in some manner.

So the dreamer returns into the building / shop area and walks along a table
with various stuff upon it. No attention or focus was made on the items,
other than the dreamer had the impression that *if* he were to start working
   on anything on the table,
his job (perhaps “work life”?) would be forfeit and the trap would spring.

Instead, the dreamer approached another guy, who seemed to be more like an
actual foreman or possibly a supervisor / manager type, and conveyed the
necessity of speaking to that person in his office.

As the two were walking toward the office, the manager asked the dreamer in a
general way what the issue was about, as a manager-type would easily solve an
easy problem without having to travel all the way back to one’s office. The
   dreamer replied
along the lines of how this really needed to be addressed in the office.

So next thing, sure enough, the two are seated around a (round!) table in the
office, and the dreamer explains as to how he overheard a plot being devised
and thus there was a trap awaiting to be sprung, and the dreamer did not wish
   to be the critter
caught in the trap, so to speak.

While this explanation was going on (and this is the *weird* part) there was a
female seated to the dreamer’s right, and *while seated* at the table, the
dreamer apparently had his pants down around his ankles, and his underwear
   down below his rump,
even though he was still seated at the table.

All I can think of to explain this weird section is that perhaps it’s
something of a commentary on how sexual temptation is something one simply has
to learn to choose to avoid until it becomes a habit, because the dreamer made
   an effort to pull his
underwear back up properly, apparently along with his pants, because this
weird section was basically forgotten and the dream continued as if it had
   never occurred.

At this point, I’ve got to *infer* what was said, based upon what happened
next, as the words *to* the dreamer were but a moment—

The manager *may well likely* have said something along the lines of: “I
appreciate your bringing this to my attention. However, at this point, all I
have is purely hearsay, so you’ll need to go back out there and *if* he
   tries to come against you,
then we’ll be able to respond accordingly.”

Again, that’s all *totally* speculative. But that’s precisely what did
   happen:

The dreamer went back out “on the floor” as they say in a wo
k-environment, and went to the table he’d passed by earlier, without saying
anything to the Judas-type character (who was off somewhere to the dreamer’s
   right.)

Sure enough, as the dreamer turned left (away from the table) the plotter came
up behind the dreamer, but the dreamer reached back with his right hand over
his right shoulder (as if one were about to scratch an itch on one’s own
   collar bone or shoulder
blade, only further behind) and the plotter brought down something very much
like an ice pick into the back of the dreamer’s right hand.

While the ice pick landed upon the skin and kept its place, the pick did not
pierce the skin (near as I can tell) as if the skin were like leather, or as
if the pick were simply too dull and not enough force had been used to go
   through the skin.

What happened next (again) has to be slightly inferred, as it was as if
   {moment A} simply *changed* to {moment B} so here’s what would *normally*
have occurred between those two points:

The dreamer would simply have turned clockwise so as to face the plotter, and
since the object was like an ice pick, the spin/half-turn would have simply
turned as well beneath the point of the pick as the dreamer retracted his arm
   to normal position,
leaving the plotter holding the pick.

At this point (presumably somewhere about moment B) one may presume the
supervisor had *previously* alerted observers to be watchful, and they must
have simply laid hands upon the plotter to throw him out, as what was observed
   next was the plotter being
escorted off the premises, with an escort of perhaps a half dozen people.

There was a brief sense of jubilation that [the evil had been removed] from
   the environment.

End of dream, however, the lighting was *as if* it had occurred during a night
   shift, thus, clarity 9-.
