|    2023/02/24 Friday: Kids in tubs??    |

So this may well likely have been (as in "most likely was") prompted as
Landon's 15th birthday is tomorrow (which means Alyssa's 15th birthday will be
in January of '24) as those two have always been something of a pair. (Logan,
   the older brother, will
be 17 this coming September, and is practically an independent nation by
   comparison. Currently, they're 16,14,14. Tomorrow, they'll be 16,15,14. On
Logan's birthday this year, their ages will be 17, 15, 14, as Landon and
Alyssa being less than a year
apart qualify as what some folk refer to as "Irish twins." Aly (pronounces as
"Allie") will "catch up" to Landon for around 36 days (between January and
February) when they'll be 17, 15, 15. All 3 were born of JAT, while only Logan
   was DNA tested and
thus appears to be my biological son. Regardless, all their original birth
records list me as their father. JAT turned 18 in October of 2005 and moved
in with me a week later.)

At any rate, there are 3 different segments, and while I'm *very unsure* as to
which order they appeared chronologically / sequentially last night, this is
just a writing of what I can remember of those dream segments from last night
   / this morning:

The toilet throne?— The dreamer is sitting *on* a commode, only it's
double-high, practically as if one commode were stacked atop one beneath it,
yet the inner chamber is one chamber, and I'm *fairly* certain the dreamer had
   just finished leaving a
bowel movement. (Although it's *extremely* unusual to have a bowel movement
in a dream, and far more common to have to simply take a leak / urinate, I
suspect such is very much like making something of a confession in some
   manner, ridding one's dream
life of the analogous dream-equivalent of bodily waste, whatever that might
   be— emotional drama / excrement?)

There's a problem, as if the commode is "backing up" / about to overflow, even
though the dreamer is thinking there wasn't *that* much content in the bowl,
and possibly JAT had left something in the bowl (after all, the seat was at
   practically 4' high)
and the water from the flush seemed to be *right at* the top level, very
nearly about to flow out onto the floor (which would've made a really ugly
mess) and there was practically a thought running through the dreamer's mind
as if to mentally HOLD the
water back, like {stop right there— not another drop!} I'm fairly certainly
many folk (in real life) have had a similar experience, as if willing the
water flow to stop *before* it flows over the rim onto the floor.

At any rate, the dreamer asked one of the kids (possibly Alyssa) to hand him a
plunger. If the bowl were at top center, 12 noon on a clock face, the dreamer
was at around 5 o'clock, looking at the bowl, and the plunger was somewhere on
   the left side of
the bowl, like around between 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock, and Alyssa was a bit
further due left, such as at around 9 o'clock. Thus, she was able to pick up
the plunger that was slightly ahead of her position, between her and the bowl,
   and hand it to the
dreamer, who then began to plunge the bowl.

At this point, I'd also like to mention that, historically, it was typically
JAT (the mother of the 3 kids) who would typically (sometimes almost daily!)
clog up the bowl, and it was typically (if not always) me that would plunge it
   clean, although I'd *
also* like to point out that, while the kids were basically removed from the
parents by (?) 2012 (my memory/timeline of those days is *extremely* sketchy)
that would put their ages at *maybe* ~5/4/3, but in the plunger section of
   this dream, Alyssa
appeared tall enough to be a young teen— she turned 14 IRL last month.

So the dreamer (in this case, most likely "me," a male) was plunging the
toilet (the handle had to have been at *least* 3' to reach the bottom of the
bowl, but at this point, the toilet seemed basically "normal" in size) using
   *at least* 3 cycles (of
down/up) and while there was a *brief* concern / worry as to whether or not
this particular clog would clear, it was on like the 4th plunge-down stroke
that it did, and the water in the bowl all went down just like in a normal
   toilet-bowl-plunging event (
   IRL.)

There was another segment, wherein the dreamer (again, in this case, very
likely a dream-version of myself) was explaining to Alyssa that everything in
the home environment costs money: clothes, furniture, appliances, even things
   like curtains, sheets,
pillows & pillow cases, etc. (There's likely a word for indoor furnishings,
like linens & things, but the only words that come to mind is the analogy of
hardware and software in the cyber-world: the physical structure being the
   hardware, and all the
movable / *easily* changeable stuff inside the structure is the software.)

Finally, there was this rather — odd — segment wherein the dreamer was
viewing Landon and Alyssa both lying down (clothed) in side-by-side bath tubs
of water, with their heads and perhaps hands above the water lines, and this
   was (unquestionably) the
most peculiar of the 3 segments, even more than the double-height commode, in
   my opinion.

OK, here's a possible interpretation of the double-height commode: there's
always "two stories" to every perspective on how things were or happened, such
as in "family drama/history" for example. Yet there was one issue: clogged
   sewage flow, and one
resolution (the clog was cleared, the flow restored.)

In this side-by-side bathtub scene, it could easily be stated that each child
(Landon as well as Alyssa) had / have their own perspective on the world /
their lives, as indicated by their each being visible in water: they each
   have their own, respective
lives, yet they were in one room (their adoptive family in which they
currently live) and in the dream were seen what appeared to be something like
tubes and/or wires leading into their tubs. As they are both minors, those
   could very easily be analogous
to support-feeds, such as food and electricity (life) from their legal parents.

So while this is all very likely clarity 7 (symbolic) the general clarity was
easily a 9, as everything was well lit, as if in a home of the early (2000s)
   millennia.
