A few segments, in no particular order, and with no particular timeline, other
than that it was / is a rainy Saturday morning, and I didn't get up until around 10:30 AM. It's currently after 11:30 AM, and the
   first "dream segment"
has already had a "correlation" with "real life":

In the dream, I saw my elderly mother (in *fairly* decent shape, and rather
accurately depicted!) handing me her hearing aids. There was nothing spoken,
but there was a sort of idea along the lines of, "What are these for? / What
do you want me to do
with these?" (or simply: "Huh?" Basically, no idea what's up in the dream.)

This morning, first thing she did was to go to the charger where her aids
recharge in their little stand. (They use something like "induction" rather
than actual metal contacts, but they have these tricolor blinking LEDs to
   indicate flashing red, yellow,
or green as status indicators.) Sure enough, they were blinking red (one of
them yellow) and I went through a few processes to get them to go "green"
again, as in fully charged, as a "steady green" should be the indicator
   status. This has been
happening intermittently over the last month or two, and seem to be
indications that they may need servicing. Dunno, but this may require a phone
call on Monday to get things rolling.

There's this other dream segment, however, that has me somewhat perplexed:
The view is that of the dreamer (first person perspective, as if through the
dreamer's eyes) holding a thin, glass-like rod that extends between the left
   hand and the right hand,
except that the center of the rod is flexible, very much like as if it had
been heated at some type of hand-glass-blowing stand (like at fairs or events,
where the artisans craft objects before your eyes) so that the rod portion in
   either hand is being
held upright, such as in the position of drumsticks or (more the size of)
chopsticks at the ready, yet they are "clearly connected" as a single strand
due to the flexible bridge area across both sides.

This is where it gets really interesting (from my perspective, at least): as
that center bridge area seems flexible, the dreamer (remind you, this is a
*totally* 1st person perspective, the entire time, as seen from the eyes of
   the dreamer) does a light
flip/roll motion to put a slight loop into the bridge between the two sides.

Here's an analogy of what that was like: Imagine yourself holding two sticks
with a wire-string between them, with a weight (like a washer, or bead) strung
through its center, and you can now use the sticks in a light, concerted (back
   and forth) motion
so as to get the weight to go around in circles, much like two kids holding a
jump rope. This is the type of looping motion the dreamer performed using the
two glass rods and the clear, flexible bridge between them. (It was very much
   like a single
glass rod held in two hands, with a flexible middle between them. Minus the
placenta on one end and the baby on the other, it could be a *perfect* analogy
   of an umbilical cord!)

The view now shows some very mild curl paths on the upper ends of both rods,
such that the rod goes upward from the left hand, makes about 2 or 3 gracious
spirals, continues along the center, to an identical number of spirals on the
   right, then the rod
goes straight into the dreamer's right hand. This was rather like *as if* the
upper ends of the glass rods were still cool enough to hold a shape yet warm
enough to also take a shape, such as a spiral, circling pattern, yet the two
   sides were *still*
connected by that slender, clear, glass "umbilical cord" (if you will.)

Please note: IF these had been something like the glass fibers used in fiber
optic cables, the connectivity was such that light at one end would still be
detected at the other, IE: a "fiber optic cable." The diameter of this glass
   "connection" was *
perhaps* a quarter to a third of an inch, in perspective with the size of the
   dreamer's (human style) hands.

Now there was something of a semi-investigative moment, wherein the dreamer
took his right hand's index finger and thumb, and "felt" the central bridge
zone. It was soft, yet firm. There was some type of question as to whether
   or not this central
connecting bridge was meant to be snapped in half, so that the dreamer (as if
in the role of a glass blower) would then have two glass rods with which to
work, yet the dreamer was unsure if this connection should actually be severed
   (or not) and thus
simply "pinched" the center point, as if to see if it would snap easily,
half-expecting the central bridge to have cooled off enough by now that it
   would be rigid.

Surprise (!) (more like that of a scientist analyzing the results of an
experiment) the connection was still soft yet firm (unyielding/unbreakable.)
The dreamer tried to "pinch" the connection short, but it was a *light*
attempt, just to see what this
connection was like, and although there was some *light/small* amount of
pressure applied, *and released!* there was no breakage: The connection
appeared to be solid (and possibly *meant* to remain so.) There was, however,
   the progressive appearance of
that central bridge becoming (for all measurable intents) invisible. Even
though the dreamer could "feel" the connection during the "pinch test," that
   connection was itself invisible.

The view / scene that was being watched (the twirling of the rods / central
bridge, the spiral tops, the pinch test) was all "back-lit" as if against a
soft, white background, which is how the dreamer was able to "clearly see" the
   transparency of the
rods. Clarity 10-, although I *suspect* this to be a *VERY well-lit* 7
   (symbolic.)

And, curiously, today is also Landon's 15th birthday, and it's very possible
that the clear "umbilical / bridge" connection between the two rods *may* have
something to do with the passing on of light from father to son. Just
   sayin'....
