The dream scene opens when I become aware that I am holding a metal   
   snake.    The snake has teeth like a hand saw clamps down on my pointer finger   
   on my left hand.  Scene jumps and I am now in front of a pasta machine and   
   insert the snake and turn    
   the handle and the snake goes through.   The head is still the same but the   
   body is now interwoven and four or 5 inches wide. I wake up just then.
