From: dicksilk@gmail.com              A few dreams, *somewhat* with a common theme:              In one dream, the dreamer is looking at an extended sink (of about 6'–8' in       width (lengthwise, side to side)) perhaps 2½'–3' in reach (front to back)       and maybe 3'–3½' in depth. It's a bit tough to say exactly how deep it       was, because the entire        length of the sink/basin was FILLED with various cups, plates, dishes, etc.,       and the dreamer was contemplating how best to go about processing the mess,       when a female shows up, and appears to be more "in charge of" handling the       detail. So the dreamer        leaves, clarity: "dirty dishes". (NOTE: there's a saying of sorts that       goes: "All the kind words and all the warm wishes // Will never replace any       help with the dishes." I get the feeling the dreamer should've stayed, but       the female looked more like        a cross between other women from my past *other* than Gina specifically. I'd       *love* to help *her* with the dishes!) ;^>              In another dream, the dreamer is in a fairly large room, basically larger than       one might have in a typical home, however, a *really BIG* home *might* have a       room of such size. The objective felt as if getting the space "cleared out" /       organized was the        thing to be doing, so the dreamer had taken about a dozen or so figures (they       appeared as people, standing upright, of various metallic-to-blue shades,       *similar* in shape to a traditional "OSCAR" statue, but a shade taller in       proportion, though no wider,        and it was as if their arms were down to their sides, rather than crossed or       folded in front) and lined them up side-by-side and placed them against a       wall, perhaps on a shelf/ledge about 6' (half-way! Like I said, this was/is a       *big* room!) up the wall.              Now "where," exactly, isn't so much the point, as is the fact that the dreamer       had been taking time and effort to get things arranged *neatly & orderly* so       that the rest of the room could also be cleared/cleaned/neatened/straightened       in the process.              What happens next seems a bit frustrating: a woman comes in and practically       "takes over" *as if* she's getting *paid* to redecorate the interior. Rather       than argue, the dreamer leaves the room, feeling as if nothing (he?) had been       doing was even        remotely considered, as the woman appears to be in the process of ordering the       figures taken from the wall, clarity "frustrating/flustered." (Granted, *IF*       those figures had potentially represented actual people, each with their *own*       actual potential, *       then* she may have actually been "freeing them" to serve other purposes. At       times, it seems the dreamer is other than "*always* mindful of other       perspectives.")              There's another dream, sort of "in the background" so to speak, of a work site       of which the dreamer is aware, yet for some reason not present. This is a       kind of "build site" where construction is going on, where some folk are       erecting frames, some may        be setting foundations, doing roofing, plumbing, wiring, etc. So why the       dreamer is otherwise engaged is unclear. Clarity 8+, as I *think* I may have       an idea as to what the dream was/is about. (See Tinyurl.Com/Q-DJ-FloorPlan       for context.)              Finally, there's the "DBW" (dream before waking) wherein the dreamer is with       my son, Charles, from back when he was around 6 years old (a *wonderful* age!)       and they are climbing a lightly sloped surface (maybe around 10–12°?) but       the surface is *       difficult* to traverse: it *looks* like and *seems* like the engine hood of a       very large truck, akin to the "extended snout" version of the fictional       "Optimus Prime" as a truck, rather than the flat-nosed version. The area       seems well-lit, much like a        sunny day, but in an area likely with a decent amount of tree shade.              The funky thing is that, rather than a metallic surface, it was more like       rectangular blocks of gray rocks, as if of a general shape (roughly 4"x3"x3"?        There was no direct observation of the depth of any particular object) yet of       a generally natural (?)        surface, like, rather than polished smooth, the surfaces were generally rough,       although NOT jagged nor pointy in any way— the kind of rock surfaces that       kids can crawl over easily, adults not so fond of, and older folk may try to       avoid altogether, as        such would be rather "rough / hard on one's knees."              The dreamer was using hand-punches in order to somehow obtain traction,       feeling very much like one might soften up a bag of Ramen Noodles by fist       punching them prior to opening the bag (this allows for the noodles to be       shorter rather than longer when        cooked.) By using this hand-punching technique, the dreamer was climbing up       the slope, *as if* headed towards an embankment, leading up to a road surface,       rather much like the old property back at 3050 Asbury Lane (IRL, back before       roughly the Spring of        2002. That was *primarily* the *start* of "doing the next right thing" based       upon situational awareness. Long explanation.)              The dreamer looked back to see that Charles was right there, just behind him a       bit back to the left, and the dreamer made a remark similar to "Hey, good       work, Charles! I'm proud of you!" (for being able to keep up. Actually,       considering the differences        in size, it was very likely the climb / travel was much easier for Charles       than it was for the dreamer. Hmmm.... *relative* ease *with respect to*       age/condition, etc.) Clarity likely 7 (symbolic) but more like 9-.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
