I suppose it would be more in the spirit of a "Happy Anniversary" to *also*
recall my impression(s) at first seeing Gina: I was stepping out of the right
rear passenger door of a friend's mother's car, in the parking area of Jack
   Deere Field, located
within Sam Davis Park, in Pulaski, Tennessee.

It was the night of Gina's high school graduation commencement exercise (for
   the GCHS Class of '81.)

As I was exiting the car, my head / gaze was swiveling from the far right
("behind me") towards the straight ahead (straight out of the right side of
the car) towards the left (ahead of the car, which was the direction of travel
to get to the field where
   the exercise was being held.)

A short distance away, towards the "right rear of the car" (to my right, as I
started the head swing) I saw a *FLASH!* of purple light, as if like
lightning, and that was enough to *catch* my attention to the point of
noticing Gina, having stepped out of
her mother's car (from what must've been the left rear passenger seat? Either
that, or she'd walked ahead of another car that was already parked, which is
more likely) and I can only imagine that she must've been looking in my
   direction at some moment,
or perhaps I'd stepped "in front of" the direction of her gaze.

Either way, much, *MUCH* history proceeds from that point.

Just sayin', she became *the* central focus of my thoughts from that point
forward. It's been "quite a journey" to get from my brain to my heart, but
it's been exceptionally memorable, to say the least!

   Happy Anniversary, Gina ❤️

(PS: for those who care to read more, there's a chapter on this in the
(*raw*) PDF version of the book, "Thy Kingdom Come"— available at
   https://tinyurl.com/TKC-FreeView .)
