   The "key" point (in my opinion) here is that the dreamer (in this case, "you")   
   made a mental decision to *listen to* the advice of the doctors, and were   
   seeking out ideas to help comply with their counsel.   
      
   That you woke up at that point indicates that "moment of decision" has   
   occurred, the decision has been made.  Now, it's only a matter of fulfilling   
   the need.   
      
   OK, call me crazy, but that dream *seems* to indicate your finding yourself a   
   husband somewhere *in* an area with (or near) *lots* of dandelions.
