|    2023/11/09 Thursday: Sad bunny....    |
|    09 Nov 23 08:05:29    |
From: dicksilk@gmail.com              The dreamer was walking along a driveway that runs east-to-west (from the       street to the back yard) along the southern (shorter) brick wall of a house       (just like my childhood home on Scottland Drive.)              Along this bit of the driveway, there's a grassy strip (about 3 mower widths       wide) between the driveway and the southern-facing wall (that gets all the sun       in Spring and Fall, and gets a *tad* bit of shade in the middle of the summer.)              The dreamer is looking to the left (as I often do in real life, to check out       the tomatoes and cacti growing there) only to see a small (likely an adult       female or young male) cotton tail rabbit, lying upon the ground as does a dog       or cat (or even larger        animals, such as a horse or cow) rather than sitting up as does a healthy       rabbit, only tied with a string to a bush on the left (west.)              The dreamer had something of a "memory" (within the dream!) of having placed       that bunny out there earlier, and thus had a slight pang of guilt, as if the       bunny had been left alone in the sun and forgotten about.              Well, looking at this from a waking perspective, it would make sense that the       bunny *could* have been placed out there adjacent to the bush so as to provide       it with shade (and cover/protection) possibly as a bit of "yard time" much       like how human        prisoners are given "yard time" in some form or another, unless they're in       some type of solitary confinement.              But back in the dream, the dreamer was feeling compassion for the bunny (who       appeared sleepy-weak) and began pondering setting about possible veterinarian       care or possibly freeing of the rabbit, when the dream ended, clarity (rather       bright & sunny, like        midday!) 10-, although it *may well* be "symbolic" if that bunny actually       represents someone (or something) else, such as my elderly mother, who needs       to be cared for on a near-constant basis.              When I was awakening from that sad bunny dream, I was chiding (nearly       berating) myself like: "You always had a problem setting wild rabbits free"       (which relates to two personal anecdotes, but that's IRL-type content.)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
