From: Richard.Silk@Juno.Com              Had an interesting flying dream, interesting in that it was at *low level*, as       if *barely* high enough to get over people standing on the ground. It actually       started as if the dreamer lifted up, then made a swooping direction that flowed       from a position such as near a rooftop to about 4'-6' or so above ground level.       The dreamer was approaching a traffic cop (very much like a school crossing       guard) and used a hand-over-hand motion (similar to the rolling motions of a       kids song) to "gain altitude" in order to fly over the top of the crossing       guard. As it was a flying dream / possible astral body experience, the clarity       runs from anywhere between 7 (symbolic) to 11 (spiritual) although for the most       part, it simply seemed like a bright, sunny day to go flying :-)              I'd like to "back up" to a dream I had yesterday (somewhere before fully waking       Monday morning) wherein the dreamer was walking past a table *full* of loose       cash, like someone had just dumped large amounts of money on the table, not       counted and wrapped, but more like just dropped around, nearly like potato       peels, only fluffier, rather than flatter, more like cotton candy, if you will.              The dreamer had some sort of mental thought to the effect of either "That's not       my money / That's just temptation / or That's just a distraction at the moment       /       That's beside the point," with the general effect of seeing yet disregarding       all       that cash.              The next thing the dreamer is doing is paying someone (or something) cash from       the cash in hand, with a price of $28.              What seemed interesting about the payment is that as the dreamer was paying, a       $20 along with a $5 and 3 singles, it appeared as if $15 simply reappeared in       the dreamer's hand. Mind you, this was *not* like having had the extra cash       already in hand and paying out the $28. No, this was like the dreamer had $28       *in hand* ready to pay, and there was suddenly $15 seen in hand. I mention       this, because of the next dream from this morning, where:              In another dream, the dreamer is in a car, as if driving (left hand, American)       and there was someone (possibly a female) in the car (passenger seat, front       right) as well. The dreamer/driver has somewhere *over* $1,000 cash in the       left       hand (possibly as much as $1,300.oo, although there seemed to be no real       opportunity at that moment to actually count it, as the dreamer *was* actively       driving.)              The dreamer is saying to the passenger something along the lines of "We need to       put this away, NOW, before someone tries to rob us..." (or words very close to       those, to that basic effect.)              The dreamer is attempting to put the money away in a front left jeans pocket,       when a guy of about 30-ish years old, perhaps between 5'6" and 6' tall, with a       thick head full of wavy/curly, medium length, yellowish hair appears just       outside the driver's left window, and the car has come to a stop, or near stop.              The guy has the feeling of being something between a cop and a gangster, what       could be considered an "enforcer" type of function. He's asking the dreamer       about what the dreamer's purpose is, like, "What are you here for?" and the       dreamer says something to the effect of "We're" (or "I'm") headed to (some       nearby store) to buy (something inexpensive, like under $30, ± some change.)       The direct intention was to suggest that the dreamer had under $50 in cash to       spend, rather than speaking of the *WAD* of cash that had just been stuffed       into       the front left pocket.              There's a type of release of focus, as it were, as the enforcer type backs       slightly away from the window, still keeping watch on the dreamer/driver, who       looks forward and drives on, end of dream, clarity 9.              Speaking of Monday morning's dreams, there was one wherein the dreamer was *as       if* swimming underwater, nearly a straight, downward dive (perhaps at an 85°       angle or so) to a male person on the smooth bottom of the seafloor (or lake       bed,       although the water was practically, perfectly clear) who appeared as if he had       a       foot trapped by a rock or something. The dreamer took his hand and pulled       upward, as if to pry the person off the seafloor and up to the surface. The       dream ended and I awoke at that point, clarity 9+, except for the sense of       being       underwater in the dream was not as 10-like as if one were to actually feel       oneself swimming underwater IRL.              One of, if not the, dream before waking today (Tuesday morning) was certainly       of       a "muddy"-ish nature: The position / comfort of the dreamer was *very much       like* that of myself, in bed (IRL) only in the dream, it was like on a warm,       comfortable, bench-like area of firm land, although slippery in nature, as if       the ground were covered with a thin layer of mud, such that too much tossing or       turning in any direction could lead the dreamer to slip off the firm area upon       which the dreamer was lying during the action of what unfolded in the dream,       which was... odd... to say the least.              There were a number of people walking in a direction that was (from the       dreamer's perspective) north to south-ish. The dreamer was viewing the       directional line of travel from the left of the people in the line, relatively       speaking, from the east, looking west.              But what was visibly peculiar is that they were walking not as if upon dry       ground, but as if slogging through waist-deep mud, yet at a relatively slow but       steady pace, faster than one would slog if one were trying to slog through a       mud       pit IRL. I can only liken the analogy to that of people trying to slog their       way through governmental bureaucracy.              The dreamer spotted a person's leg (that was relatively clear of the mud) that       had thumb-tack sized critters crawling up it, like over-sized ticks, only they       were flat, rather than bloated, as if they were unfed (starving?) giant ticks.       (Whether they were insects or arachnids was unclear, although I doubt if it       makes too much difference at the narrative level.)              The dreamer (almost *instinctively!*) began scraping them off the leg closest       to       the dreamer's perspective. After doing so, the dreamer observed that the leg       belonged to a rather oversized (*hefty, chunky*) short woman with unwashed,       yellowish hair of medium length (perhaps down to her shoulders, but being       unwashed, the overall effect was reasonably unattractive.)              The dreamer was possibly indicating something to the effect of what had just       occurred, possibly with a type of warning to the female that she needed to be       careful, or to get a move on, to prevent any more critters getting on her leg,       when the dreamer spotted yet another half-dozen or more of them, again crawling       up her leg.                     [continued in next message]              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
