   What has that have to do with anything binky?  Care to prove I don't   
   live in Edmonton, a city whose latest Mayor is Andrew Knack and the   
   Oilers are first in the Pacific Division.   
      
   Not to mention how useless a dial-up ISP is when it only has a local   
   number to dial in.  A local number in a large metropolis with multiple   
   high speed ISPs available to anyone.   
      
   I note you don't deny the hidden activities of said dial-up ISP.
