   Hi All,   
      
   I'm looking for a small solid state cam preferably with integrated   
   recorder.  Needs to be battery powered or have battery back up.   
      
   The goal is to monitor the house power and to turn on the   
   camera/recorder when the power goes out.  Anyone know of an   
   off-the-shelf solution or a quick-n-dirty project blueprint?
