   Yes - I know such emitters are used for tracking vehicales, but I'm looking   
   for a "gizmo" in the physical size of a dollar (or like this).   
   Something that can be programmed (ROM?) to connect to a specific   
   phonenumber/receiver. I do not need a "phone"-like behaviour, but of course   
   it needs to be able to "dial" so a specific connection point.   
      
   Can you direct me to further information on where to find such items?
