   The cloud.  The only similarity is that NCode and zip eclipse in a distance   
   out width of their respective en/de functional.  Zip will never tell teh   
   exact ratio from one thing to the zipped thing because it can not be told   
   what in time will be final everything had been sipped and nothing more is   
   would be to be certian it's finsihed.  In NCode it's the must in one byte   
   per each two input ratio that is required but not in arrrangement which you   
   give first, and the first input is always the size of the outcome input.
