   When I bought the current car, I rang the bank and got an   
   increase in the daily card limit for just 30 mins so no risk at   
   all of any fraud even if I lost the card. That was 13 years ago.   
      
   Today I would do it with apple pay with no risk whatever even   
   if someone bashed me over the head and stole my phone.
