   Why? He is getting paid *what he is worth*. He put in the time and   
   effort studying and gaining experience on the ground to get where he is   
   and if people are willing to pay him appropriately for his work, then   
   that is up to him. I put in 12 years at uni and decades in trade   
   relevant study and qualifications but you think a labourer should get   
   the same pay as I? You need to get real.
