   There is plenty of medicine that isnt commonly seen even in   
   the 3-4 years the student nurse is still a student. They have   
   to understand the theory so that if they do see that effect when   
   they are a nurse, they can get a doctor to do something about   
   it or stop doing what produced that etc.
