   Indeed, certain classes of "persons" should not be   
   allowed to have pocket knives, let alone firearms, let   
   alone concealed firearms.  You'd think this would be   
   self-evident.   
      
   These classes include convicted felons, untreated   
   psychotics, other mentally unstable ILK, Driver's License   
   rescindees, decorated Usenet kooks, mannequin assasins,   
   Living Christs, dead christs, those who imitate dead   
   christs, bus-dwelling attention whores who can't get 10   
   hits on Youtube videos, people with scraggly beards that   
   can hide enough food to duplicate the Miracle of the   
   Fishes and Loaves, and those whose fat folds are big   
   enough to conceal a howitzer.
