   once more, that If we could get your story spread more widely, it would be   
   very beneficial to others. I talk here only about, The Fictional Charge by   
   Oregon of The Fictional    
   Legal Person. Your incarceration, the Fictions conviction and The Living Mans   
   Release. Again to me this Info backed by you as evidence, would be inspiring   
   to many, more than that it will make some of "THE LIVING DEAD" awaken.

   the Director and central Figure. Once made i can infuse monies to publicise

   rk:  Jason, I agree wholeheartedly that such exposure of the issues would be   
   immensely important to all now living under the thrall of Satanic mind   
   control, BUT it must come from someone else other than me.   I allow the   
   spirit of Truth to guide me in    
   all matters.  I have no plan, no agenda, no design.  I am not desirous of   
   self-promotion,  conversion, persuasion, manipulation.   As such it cannot   
   come from me.  It requires an independent third party to verify my facts and   
   allow their findings to    
   stand on their own.   All this is available on my website and is compelling   
   evidence of the Fraud perpetrated by governments upon Living Men and Women who   
   are ignorant of their true status and present circumstances.    
      
   rk:  As you know, I have put out the challenge to all media and journalists to   
   conduct an independent investigation based on my documented claims.  So far,   
   all that has come from that is a STONEWALL OF SILENCE.  There is a concerted   
   effort to deny my    
   very existence.   My Story threatens the present Satanic System of Government   
   now in place.  Such project as you suggest can only come from a third party   
   source without my personal input.

   are the only man of clear understanding of the issues to respond.  NONE OTHER   
   EXIST OR HAVE MADE THEMSELVES KNOWN.   
      
   rk:  I will not engage in dualistic competition with satanic forces at their   
   satanic game and their conditions.  That is how I have survived and gained in   
   strength and balance all these years  while the world continues to go to Hell.   
      
   rk:   If you know of any respectable Journalists/writers willing to spend some   
   time at this project, That, I perceive is the solution that we both seek.

   further to say.  Your idea of a film is an excellent one for it truly would be   
   a world changing film  at many levels of human understanding.    
      
   rk:   Unfortunately, Health will  allow me to take only a limited part in it.    
   My job is done.   It is all there in writing for posterity to make of it what   
   they will.  I perceive you are the one who is most important in the coming   
   years.  We live in    
   interesting times, and   our coming together has been no accident.

   rk:     To say that I am puzzled by your generosity is indeed an   
   understatement.  One that leaves me at a loss for words.    
      
    rk:    What is going on in your life that would explain such extraordinary   
   behavior?   
      
   rk:    What little we have communicated to each other in these past several   
   weeks tells me that You and I share that spirit of Oneness that could change   
   the world, yet I do not understand why you have not become the voice of Christ   
   Consciousness coming    
   from your part of the world.  That is the greater gift you have to offer this   
   world.   
      
   rk:   Money is one thing, but you and I know that with the coming monetary   
   collapse, its true nature shall be learned soon enough by those who have been   
   enslaved by it.   
      
   rk:  Truth is the greatest gift that one has to offer to his fellow man in   
   this world, and you, my brother are hiding your "light" under the proverbial   
   "bushelbasket."   
      
   rk:   What you have to offer is greater than money.  Can you imagine the   
   effect that truth shared by two men living in different parts of the world    
   would have upon a confused world when they sense and feel the unique energy   
   shared by these  men    
   unrelated and coming from widely different cultures speaking as one.  That is   
   the breakthrough that religions speak of, but block at every turn to hang on   
   to their Satanic Power to rule over sheeple slaves.   
      
   rk:  The Satanic mind controllers who rule over the intellects of believers   
   operate from a script, a formula.  It keeps all in a state of known and   
   repeatable confusion and dependence.    That stranglehold upon the Intellect   
   can only be broken by men    
   such as You and I.    
      
   rk:    At 78, I perceive my work is over for this lifetime at any rate.  I   
   have pretty much stood alone these past twenty years and have hardly made a   
   dent in the controlled consciousness of mankind.   
      
   rk:    I perceive you to be key in breaking the spell of satanic mind control   
   that I have been dealing with for most of my life.
