   NOTE:   This is the facsimile of the actual document which can overturn the   
   Satanic powers of the Courts of our land.  Is time to stop posturing, arguing,

   FINES, COURT COSTS, PENALTIES ETC.  YET have accumlated some $40,000,000   
   (fourty million Dollars  in    
   PERFECTED UCC LIENS),  and $80,000,000 (Eighty Million Dollars in UNPERFECTED   
   LIENS)  along with a STATEWIDE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY COVERUP which infects the   
   entire Oregon Government.  THIS IS THE EFFECTIVE WAY OF TAKING BACK CONTROL OF   
   YOUR FICTIONAL

   Sept, 19, 2016...Attached  to this Affidavit of Conditional Acceptance:   
   Request for Proof of Claim is Citations #26496  iissued by Josephine County   
   Sheriffs Deputy K LEHMAN for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and   
   failure to display plates,.     
   The citation is based on the eroneous information received via polixe computer   
   of a suspension of a license that DOES NOT  EXIST..  There has been NO LICENSE   
   to suspend since September 1999 when I RESCINDED MY OREGON OPERATORS LICENSE   
   and have been using    
   my fully owned private travel conveyances for Travelling only.     
      
   You JUDGE BAKER, are WELL AWARE OF THE FACTS OF MY CASE as you were The   
   Presiding Judge who found the FICTIONAL PERSON/DEFENDANT GUILTY, yet you and   
   JUDGE WILLIAM PURDY set this LIVING MAN free with no charges when he refused   
   to accept the sentencing in    
   that you and every judge in JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON refused to PROVE   
   JURISDICTION over this living man.   
      
   All  applicable judges, sheriffs deputies, district attorney's involved in the   
   prosecution/pesecution of this living man have been given the opportunity to   
   answer the 23 questions of JURISIDICTION  over this LIVING MAN and have   
   refused to do so, leaving    
   them in Commercial Dishonor.and Uniform Commercial Code default to the amount   
   of MILLIONS OF DOLLARS,   
      
   ALL BUT YOU, JUDGE BAKER.  I therefore  give you JUDGE LINDI BAKER, and you,    
   JOSEPHINE COUNTY DEPUTY K. LEHMAN the same opporunity to answer these 23   
   questions Of JURISDICTIONS following the established ten MAXIMS OF LAW.   
      
   Here are the Ten Maxims of Commercial Law that binds all Corporations and   
   their Agents.  This includes all Corporate Persons, such as JUDGES, DISTRICT   
   ATTORNEYS, AND DEPUTY SHERIFFS..   
                        10 Maxims of Commerce

   2.  All are equal under the law (both moral and natural law).   
      
   3.  In commerce truth is sovereign.   
      
   4.  Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.

   6.  An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.   
      
   7.  A matter must be expressed to be resolved.
