   Dead Ray spent 3 months in prison for filing bogus liens,   
   and nearly parlayed that into a death sentence.  Is that   
   a "SAFER WAY"?  Remember, he never filed a lien after   
   that.   
      
   When he finally got out, his brain was so fried from   
   starvation that he took to hiding food in his beard,   
   which eventually led to his timely death.
