   FACTS   
   On 1-10-1017 approx 1248 hrs, I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski© while Traveling   
   in my private HONDA Civic automobile not registered with the STATE OF OREGON   
   which has no financial interest in said auto as Substantiated by paperwork   
   filed with the JOSEPHINE    
   COUNTY CRIMINAL COURTS OFFICE AND DMV, while engaged in personal chores was   
   stopped by Susp#1, A Grants Pass OREGON Police officer engaged by the GRANTS   
   PASS DEPT OF PUBLIC SAFETY. When he put his emergency lights on, I pulled over.   
      
   Suspect#1 immediately told me I made an unlawful left turn   
   Off Evilyn Street onto 6th street by not turning into the inside lane but   
   instead turned into the outside lane. Traffic was light and no one was in   
   sight, when I made the turn. NO ONE WAS HARMED and clearly he in regulating   
   commercial traffic and    
   therefore had no JURISDICTION over this living man who was not a person in the   
   eyes of any of the corporate codes such as the vehicle code. I was a living   
   man, and nowhere to be found is the word “MAN” in any of the codes.   
      
   I told him when asked for my license , registration, and insurance papers that   
   I was not a driver and had no DL license since I rescinded it in 1999 AND WAS   
   TRAVELLING in my privately owned automobile not connected with the government   
   in any way AS WAS    
   MY RIGHT TO DO SO.   
      
   He gave me Citation#2M007I40 and told me I could not move the car or I would   
   be arrested, and the car impounded.   
      
   After receiving the first citation, I resumed on my way. Once again, Suspect   
   #1 was parked down the street waiting for me. This time I pulled into the   
   private parking lot of a Chinese restaurant where I was planning to have lunch   
   anyway.   
      
   Because of the emergency stop with no time to search for a spot, I pulled into   
   a handicap slot.   
      
   This time Susp #1 was accompanied by his supervisor and two other cover police   
   officers, at total of four patrol cars and four officers were tied up on this   
   traffic stop of a peaceful TRAVELER.   
      
   I was handcuffed and placed in the backseat of the patrol car. Earlier I was   
   told I would be arrested and the car impounded if I moved the car which I did.   
      
   This time the car was on private property where the Police have no ENFORCEMENT   
   JURISDICTION. Susp# 1 contradicted me and said they will arrest me if if moved   
   the car out of the HANDICAP SPOT, I DID SO ANYWAY to put the car in another   
   spot. That’s when    
   they slapped the cuffs on me and I thought I was being arrested and put in the   
   back of the patrol car.   
      
   All the while I was told that I was being detained and not ARRESTED. Their   
   behavior did not match their words.   
      
   After the impasse where four officers could not make a legal determination as   
   to what to do, they claimed I had hit a truck while backing out of the   
   HANDICAP SPOT. No such collision occurred, No damage was found on the truck   
   they claimed I had hit. They    
   went into the restaurant to find the owner but came up empty for an accident   
   victim.   
      
   At this point, I was given Citation #1MOO7141 and told NOT TO MOVE THE CAR   
   AGAIN OR I WOULD BE ARRESTED AND THE CAR IMPOUNDED. When they let the scene, I   
   went into the restaurant, had lunch, and TRAVELLED ON MY WAY HOME WITHOUT   
   INCIDENT.   
      
   Following is the demand for PROOF OF CLAIM ESPECIALLY upon CHIEF OF POLICE   
   Susp #3 who is remiss in NOT Training his officers about the changes in law   
   with regards to Road Travelers.   
      
   NOTE TO THE PUBLIC : Below you will find the actual document which can   
   overturn the Satanic powers of the Courts of our land. It is time to stop   
   posturing, arguing, debating and wasting precious energy. It is time to act.   
   One must remove oneself from one'   
   s 14th Amendment status for this to work. When that legal presumption that you   
   are a consentual slave to your government's enslavement of your PERSONAGE,   
   your position as a living sovereign places you as superior to any non-living,   
   fictional judge,    
   prosecutor, police, bureaucrat fictional person. The tickets in question   
   amount to a excess of $1200.00 in fines. If you have been following this   
   living MAN’S exposure of the Tyrannical governments of the State of OREGON   
   and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE for the    
   last Fifteen years, I have experienced many such acts of Tyranny, at the hands   
   of OREGON COURTS and LAW ENFORCEMENT, yet HAVE NOT PAID A CENT IN FINES, COURT   
   COSTS, PENALTIES ETC. YET have accumulated some $40,000,000 (fourty million   
   Dollars in PERFECTED    
   UCC LIENS), and $80,000,000 (Eighty Million Dollars in UNPERFECTED LIENS)   
   along with a STATEWIDE CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY COVERUP which infects the entire   
   Oregon Government. THIS IS THE EFFECTIVE WAY OF TAKING BACK CONTROL OF YOUR   
   FICTIONAL GOVERNMENT. This    
   living man has shown you the way. The time for talk is over.
