   Yup, you missed out definitely. But, keep looking. There   
   should be something similar available from time to time.

   You should check out real estate prices in the Carolinas.   
   Very reasonable. Missouri is pretty nice but it's   
   turned into a blue state and that means higher and   
   higher taxes, less and less freedom and more and   
   more stupid asshole liberals.
