   Mars' atmospheric density is 1% that of the earth (like the same as   
   being at 100,000 feet where its cold as darn old heck).  And it's   
   farther from the sun by 1.6 times which means solar influx is 39% of   
   what we get here.   
      
   Other than that, it's exactly the same as being on earth but nicer -   
   nice beaches, golf courses, shopping malls, rocket cars, robots, etc.
