   So what you are saying is density trumps percentage.   
      
   That makes sense. So, why don't the drone WarmingTards   
   understand that water vapor is denser (and has a much   
   higher percentage) than CO2 in Earth's atmosphere. If   
   they understood that simple fact they would be objecting   
   to water vapor and trying to tax it.
