   Even the FDRs dast not file liens.  And they were smart   
   enough not to BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT the hand that signs   
   their welfare checks.

   That's the Health Benefit for FDRs.  When they become too   
   old and feeble to execute the office, they simply file a   
   fake lien or 7.  This results in essentially lifetime
