   They convicted Ray.  Ray committed the felonies so Ray was processed like any   
   other felon. A birth certificate did NOT commit the crimes so a birth   
   certificate was not arrested, incarcerated, convicted, and sentenced.  Ray   
   was.  Hell, isn't it.
