The living flipperhead thinks the gummint won't come after him

   Here is proof positive that the flipperhead poasting as Teh Long Croaked Kazoo   
   is a phony:  He is claiming the gummint will not come after him for a $17,000   
   bill.  If this were Teh Long Croaked Kazoo then the bill would be paid or   
   payments would be set    
   up, there would be no Interwebs blithering about refusal to pay.  Teh long   
   croaked kazoo was in and out of jail until he paid his fine.   
      
   The flipperhead socking up as kazoo hasn't read his briefing, Teh Long Croaked   
   Kazoo paid his fines and was an obedient little nut on a bicycle until his   
   ironic demise, choking on a food particle that dislodged from his beard.    
   (actually, I read it was    
   an entire hot wing, but that is another story.)   
      
   Teh gummint goes after anyone owing more than a thousand or so so as soon as   
   the grace period goes, The Living Flipperhead will be carted off to jail and   
   another one will be hired.  Hopefully, he will be a bit more realistic than   
   this whackadoodle    
   currently socking up as Teh Long Croaked Kazoo.   
      
   That will be all.
