   Interesting.  I'd figured the was established by Keith   
   the "net nazi", art's webmaster.  After the newsgroup   
   didn't turn out like Art expected, Keith rmgrouped it. It   
   almost died until Tim Hill re-created it.   
      
   Now Art is dead and afa-b is alive.
