   Teh Living Flipperhead is now throwing a fit over the certification   
   requirement and apparently I have been promoted to Chad Stone.  Something is   
   really causing him to gut hook himself.  When he gets the next bill for 18   
   grand from the Oregon Revenue    
   Cabinet JoCo will be drowning in froth.  Sadly, when he gets jugged, there is   
   no corpsewife to take dictation from the clink :-/
