   once,"?  Explain in detail just what, other than pure malicious deceitfulness,   
   would prompt such an horrendous

   vicious lies and malicious inuendos about my husband, me, and my family have   
   contributed to making  me sick.   
      
   AK:  I wonder what causes any human being to become so twisted and full of   
   hate as you and you cronies are.   
      
   AK   I am amazed and disgusted that malicious people like you and yours are   
   allowed to freely prowl the Internet newsgroups and forums and spread such   
   vicious lies.  It amazes me that other Internet users are not vehemently   
   protesting the tactics you and    
   yours use to attempt to discredit any innocent victim they choose to, without   
   being held accountable for their words, and who then hide behind the phrase   
   "free speech".  Free speech requires one to openly take responsibility for   
   what they say (and do).   
      
   AK:  My illness first surfaced when this area was the site of the Biscuit   
   Fire, the biggest forest fire in the nation in 2002, three years ago.    
   Government, the Forest Service, rather than dousing two small fires, chose to   
   let the two small fires merge    
   and become one huge fire which quickly got out of control and ultimately   
   burned 499,570 acres, had more than 6,775 firefighters from all over this   
   country, Canada, and Australia fighting it, and cost taxpayers $145,754,149   
   (145.7 Million Dollars).  The    
   people living in this valley were given evacuation notices varying from 15   
   minutes to 1/2 hour.  In the meantime we all breathed smoke-filled air for   
   five months till the Fall rains finally doused the fire.   I wrote to Governor   
   Kulongoski regarding this    
   giantic blunder on the part of government. (At the bottom of this post is   
   reading material from newspapers and the Associated Press regarding the   
   Biscuit Fire.)   
      
   AK:  My illness was exacerbated by the stress of the unlawful arrest,   
   incarceration and prosecution of my husband Ray in two bogus trials and by the   
   refusal of the courts to answer the 23 questions regarding jurisdiction put to   
   them, and to prove their    
   jurisdiction in writing, as is required of them by law.  The refusal of the   
   appeals court to offer an opinion on either of the two (automatic) appeals   
   only exaggerates how the courts wiggle out of the necessity for forthright   
   honesty in matters of law.      
   The bottom line is and will always be, until the courts are willing to follow   
   the law and US Constitution in proving jurisdiction over living, breathing,   
   flesh-and-blood, sentient natural men and women when they are challenged in   
   court to do so, such    
   bogus courts are unconstitutional and carry with them no force of law.  That   
   is why Ray is home with me and a free man, despite what the records of a   
   private, for-profit Corporate State and Local Courts claim.  They have yet to   
   make a claim against my    
   husband.   
      
   AK:  Government repeated its penchant for blundering incompetence with its   
   dismal response to the people of the Gulf Coast when Hurricane Katrina   
   devastated it last year.   
      
   AK:  Government is now closing VA hospitals and refusing medical assistance to   
   the service men and women who are returning from active duty with devastating   
   illnesses and injuries.  I can't imagine how ashamed you and yours must feel   
   to be connected in    
   any way with such an inhumane, incompetent government such as this.   
      
   AK:  When one of the Sovereign People, such as my husband Ray, takes action to   
   hold government responsible for what it does, government turns a deaf ear and   
   does not respond.  It refuses to accept  (registered) mail, to answer   
   questions put to it, and it    
   ignores its own laws regarding commercial defaults.  It uses people such a   
   yourself to attempt to discredit those who require government to take   
   responsibility for its actions and/or people.  And if that doesn't work,   
   government just waits and hopes you'   
   ll die before they have to take responsibility and compensate their victims   
   for government's incompetence.   
      
   AK:  In the meantime government keeps on dismantling the Constitution,   
   collecting taxes, raising retirement ages, lowering retirement benefits,   
   sending jobs out of the country, conning people into unknowingly contracting   
   their lives away, and quietly    
   stashing huge amounts of funds away in CAFR's, all with the tacit consent of   
   the frightened and paralyzed populace.   
      
   AK:   Me, a cadaver?  Not on your life!  I truly question what kind of a woman   
   would love, respect and trust a "man" like you.   
      
   AK:  "Stone," I'd advise you not to have your portrait painted.  "Dorian Gray"   
   learned that the hard way!  Truth will always reveal corruption and deception.   
      
   AK:   I am sending this through Ray's email address, as I don't want you   
   harrassing me like you do Ray.
