If you feel a serious threat, that's what they want you to feel. They have
already tested separately the missile range and the critical mass fusion
without any glitch. It doesn't need a genius to figure out they have already
mastered the key technology of long range missile atomic bomb, which is not
such a big of high tech anyway.

What do you expect? They can launch nuclear warheads right on top of your
   head at any time.

So what can you do? Whatever responsible. Any provocation against NK will
   only acerbate the crisis.

   Don't do anything stupid.
