Ok..... real slowly. FY2008 runs between Sept 2008 and Sept 2009.
You will note that Obama took office in Jan 2009. If he signed spending
legislation between Jan 2009 and Sept 2009 he could ADD more spending to the
FY2008 budget. Which SOB is EXACTLY what he did. To the tune of $800
Billlion in additional deficit spending.
I will acknowledge your ignorance not only of Obama's actions, but how the
government runs it's fiscal year.
