   Which means that the AP scandal is like Watergate started out: a third-   
   rate burglary. Only it's unlikely that we'll ever hear tapes of Obama   
   ordering a cover-up of it.   
      
   Do I think Obama is involved in it? Shrug. It's possible. Without   
   proof, though, it doesn't amount to anything.   
      
   I see Holder denies involvement, too. Again, without proof, the scandal   
   goes nowhere. My guess is that a few junior people fall on their swords,   
   the administration earnestly vows that such a terrible transgression of   
   the Constitution must never be allowed to happen again, and we all just   
   hope that the incident scared them enough that they meant it.
