   You mean like the ones they've been opening with the lowest corporate   
   taxes in the developed world?   
      
   I have a very simple solution.  Raise corporate taxes.  If they leave for   
   third world hell-holes, that's fine.  But they are no longer "an American   
   interest".  If the local government decides to nationalize them, or   
   quadruple their taxes, or whatever, that's their problem, and not   
   America's.
