   Let me repeat: There is no _right_ solution. Deficit spending depends on   
   how well the economy is doing. Reagan was a perfect Keynsian in the   
   first few years as he raised spending and cut tax revenue. The problem   
   was that he refused to raise taxes and cut spending once the recession   
   was over.
