Employers are still trying to get people on the cheap. When they start
paying market wages, they will find people to work for them.

I already said (and proven) that there are a plethora of decent PAYING JOBS
available in each and every city in the USA, IF you want to have a trade
that you are interested in.

Of course employers want to hire "people on the cheap" at first, but once
they are seen AND deemed as useful, they always tend to be rewarded more!
