   You don't get it. I'm not defending Holder or the Obama administration.   
   I'm pointing out that the scandal here is not one that can bring down   
   Obama or Holder, since what Holder's Justice Department did was   
   *perfectly legal*. And the folks what gave us that despicable legal   
   framework were the Bushies under Dubya. With, unfortunately, the   
   connivance of some Democrats.   
      
   It's not, in other words, an Obama scandal; it's a scandal about how out   
   legal system was perverted by fear--IOW, the terrorists won this round.
