   Yup.  Poor old Klod can't bring himself to admit that, though.  It's been

   So. there is the statement of intent for the constitution, and it is   
   formed by "We, the People".  Establishing that the People are sovereign   
   in America.  Not the government, certainly no church, and no   
   aristocracy.  The People.
