   TinCan, as I said before: if the federal government is responsible for   
   the mess in Detroit why aren't ALL cities bankrupt?   
      
   Of course, I expect Detroit represents the future of the US as we all   
   slide down the Leftwinger Sh*tslide.   
      
   But as long as you get your SS disability payments and live in your   
   government housing you and Diane be fine, right?
