   So there is NO area in government where they are doing things that they are   
   not actually authorized by the Consitution, are wasteful, are destructive   
   to the general welfare and there are no instances of waste fraud and abuse?   
      
   In short it is not possible to cut spending even 1 penny, in fact it is not   
   possible that the government cannot stop increasing in size and scope? And   
   that we must keep spending far more than we raise in revenues and continue   
   to mire the country in debt and rob our children and grandchildren of any   
   possibility of properity.
