   That's certainly part of it. Right now it's Obamacare that is killing jobs   
   and cutting hours.   
      
   Oh, but then didn't Obama's administration claim in court that it's a tax?   
      
   I will simply note it's not just taxes, nor regulatory overhead, or whatever   
   but a package deal. If you cut taxes by 10% but increase regulatory overhead   
   by 20% the net result is a 10% increase in government expense to the company   
   which means higher costs and the need to figure out some way to either cut   
   other expenses and/or increase revenue to cover that expense.   
      
   Marginal jobs are clearly among the first things considered to cut expenses.
